1 Definitions

If wc777vip determines at any time that an Account is held by a person under 18, the Account will be closed and any winnings voided without exception.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each natural person may hold only one (1) active wc777vip Account at any time. It is strictly prohibited to register, operate, or benefit from more than one wc777vip Account regardless of the email address, mobile number, payment method, or device used. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, wc777vip will close all but the earliest verified Account and reserves the right to confiscate any PKR balance or winnings accumulated across duplicate Accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your wc777vip Account, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistan mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Notify the wc777vip support team promptly of any changes to your contact details.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your wc777vip login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. wc777vip will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your wc777vip Account, notify the support team immediately via WhatsApp, Telegram, or Live Chat.

4 Deposits & PKR Payments

wc777vip accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following verified payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and MCB Bank transfer. The minimum single deposit is 500 PKR. Deposits from payment methods not registered in your own name are prohibited.

Deposits are credited to your wc777vip Account balance as soon as they are confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are typically confirmed within 30 seconds. Bank transfers may take longer depending on processing schedules. wc777vip does not charge a deposit processing fee, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your wc777vip Account are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 PKR. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically completed within 3–5 minutes of approval. HBL, UBL, and MCB bank transfers are processed within the same business day for amounts below 500,000 PKR.

wc777vip is required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification — including CNIC confirmation — before processing your first withdrawal. Subsequent withdrawals of amounts exceeding 100,000 PKR may require re-verification. Withdrawal requests involving bonus-derived funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement being met in full before processing.

7 Game Rules & Betting

These specific rules are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between a specific game rule and this Agreement, the specific game rule shall prevail for matters relating solely to that game, and this Agreement shall prevail for all account and financial matters.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on wc777vip and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any wc777vip game or sports market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities on the wc777vip platform for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technical measure to obscure your actual location or identity while using wc777vip.
• Depositing or withdrawing PKR through payment methods registered in a third party's name.
• Making any defamatory, offensive, or false public statements about wc777vip or its staff.
• Registering more than one Account in contravention of the Single Account Policy in clause 3.1.

wc777vip reserves the right to immediately suspend any Account where prohibited conduct is suspected, pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, wc777vip may permanently close the Account, void all affected bets and PKR winnings, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

9 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the wc777vip platform — including but not limited to the wc777vip brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text content, and software — is the exclusive property of wc777vip or its licensed content providers. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any rights to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any wc777vip intellectual property.

Game titles and interfaces provided through third-party content providers remain the intellectual property of those providers. wc777vip operates these games under licence and does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

10 Responsible Gaming

wc777vip is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistan players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every wc777vip Account holder and may be activated at any time through account settings or by contacting the wc777vip support team:

• PKR Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum PKR deposit thresholds.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wc777vip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of PKR funds resulting from your gambling decisions, inability to access the Platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, or technical failures beyond wc777vip's reasonable control.

wc777vip's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the total PKR deposited by you on the wc777vip platform in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wc777vip does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access wc777vip at your own risk. wc777vip shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by your reliance on information obtained through the Platform.

12 Account Closure

You may request closure of your wc777vip Account at any time by contacting the support team via WhatsApp, Telegram, or Live Chat. Any verified PKR balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

wc777vip reserves the right to close any Account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected; (b) fraudulent activity has been detected; (c) a court order or regulatory directive so requires; or (d) wc777vip determines, at its sole discretion, that continued operation of the Account poses an unacceptable risk to the Platform or other players. Where an Account is closed for a breach, wc777vip is not obligated to return any PKR balance derived from the breaching activity.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

wc777vip collects and processes personal data — including your name, Pakistan mobile number, CNIC, and PKR transaction history — in accordance with the wc777vip Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full. The Privacy Policy is available at wc777vip.net/privacy-policy.

wc777vip will not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors (Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank) and identity verification providers for the purpose of processing your PKR transactions and confirming your identity.

14 Amendments to These Terms

wc777vip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, wc777vip will notify registered Pakistan players via the contact details held on their Account. Non-material changes may be made without individual notification but will be reflected in the updated version of this document published at wc777vip.net/terms-and-conditions.

Your continued use of the wc777vip platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using wc777vip and request Account closure in accordance with clause 12.
